We understand that confronting the issue of personal financial debt, like credit card debt and seeking counseling is an emotional decision that requires the support and advice of a certified staff. Our counselors are certified by agencies such as Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA), the Association for Financial Counseling Planning and Education (AFCPE), the National Institute for Financial Education (NIFE), and the Center for Financial Certifications. We also ensure that our counselors remain abreast of changes in our economy and this industry through required continuing education programs.

I was afraid to answer the phone. Then a friend told me about CESI. At first I was skeptical but as the counselor explained the program to me, it all made sense. It seemed like a good way to get out of debt .

We got our payments and interest rates reduced and were able to pay off all our bills in a little over four years. They even showed us how to budget and what to do to prepare for our children’s future. Now, for the first time we actually have money in our savings account.
